SIGNED by author. The book is in great shape but there is a red ink remainder mark on the top of the page block and very slight dust soiling on the side of the page block. The jacket has very light edge wear. Not only did Yarbro sign the title page she hand corrected a typo. The page reads "A historical horror novel." She added a "n" to make it "AN historical horror novel." She does stuff like this a lot.

Uncle Hugo's started in 1974 and Uncle Edgar's in 1980 in different store fronts. Both stores moved into a much larger location in 1984. Rioters burned that location to the ground on May 30, 2020, wiping out over $1 million in books. In August, 2022 we reopened a new brick-and-mortar store at 2716 E. 31st St., about 2 miles east of our old location.
