Grant at the front endpaper. Both members of the "Tuesday Club" and towering figures of the so called "Chicago School" of religious studies centered at the University of Chicago. An important association copy. VERY GOOD in Good dust jacket protected in a removable archival cover. The book itself shows marginal shelf rubbing of the extremities, the spine ever so slightly darkened, otherwise remains Fine/As New. The dust jacket shows some closed tears at the front panel and spine, a few shallow losses from the head and foot of the spine, back panel somewhat toned, otherwise is not price-clipped remaining colorful and distinct. As pictured.
