It has been Signed, inscribed, and dated in the year of publication and presented to Roger(Flather) and his wife. Flather was an Associate Representative in the Philippines Peace Corps in the early 60's, where Fuchs served as the First Peace Corps Director. Also included is a second layed in Signed/inscribed sheet from Fuchs to "Roger, A comrade in peace and love., Larry". Additionally, a Signed/inscribed postcard to the Flathers from Dr. Dirk Ballendorf is included.Ballendorf was a Professor of history at the Univ. Of Guam, and a internationally recognized scholar of Micronesian studies.All books bubble wrapped and shipped promptly in a box. Grey and blue boards with gold and white lettering.
