Cambridge, MA: MIT Press, 1982. First Edition. Quarto (30cm); 191pp. Publisher’s stiff black wrappers with white text. Black-and-white photographs throughout. Wraps bumped and rather scuffed, especially along edges. Binding sound. Textblock, endsheets, and interior pages clean. A Very Good copy of the Yale Architectural Journal with unique association. Signed and inscribed to curator Julia Brown Turrell by Nate McBride, co-editor of this issue of the journal and founder of McBride Architects. Laid-in at front is a letter handwritten on McBride stationary; signed and dated 1989.
