A wordless picture book in which two children explore their neighborhood during a rain storm. 10" X 10-1/2", 36 pages. The dust jacket is intact and is not price clipped. Jacket has been protected with a clear, removable cover. One short closed tear at the top edge of the back panel, about 1/2" long. Sturdy illustrated cover boards are flat, the corners are not bumped or worn, no edge wear. No writing, no former ownership marks. No further writing besides the inscription.
