Item description from seller

Signed by Author Signed by Author Signed and Inscribed to fellow bridge player, by the author. Stated First Edition. Trade Paperback in Very Good Condition. A fun book-when St. Peter is forced to play against Gabriel Hornblower and the Boss, he must choose his partner carefully. So as not to upset the Boss, St. Peter decides to teach a novice soul how to play bridge just for fun, and in so doing fulfills his two-fold mission: to bring relief to his fellow sufferers and to give those who want to learn the game some immunity to bridge addiction. You can learn to play according to St. Peter's humorous and sometimes confusing directions! The book is clean and bright, no soiling, no marks, a very slight touch of edgewear. Prev owner label on back of front cover, pages clean and free of any markings. 76 pages. 9" x 6" inches. Dorrance Pub. Co., Pittsburgh, PA 1995.

Store description

Books have been one of the major loves of my life so to develop a home online bookshop when my children are all grown and with families that extend our whole family, seemed the natural thing for me to do. My BookShop has many, many selections of all kinds, with emphasis on history, literature, classical works, modern classic fiction, biography and unique books. Also look in my shop for children's books, books about the sciences, art, spirituality, religion--look for whatever you want! I love books and reading and I hope you do too. Your reading enjoyment is my goal.…
