Phases of Gravity - Inscribed Association Copy - Herb Yellin

A near fine copy of the UK first edition, in a fine dust jacket. Full number line. Everything is square and tight, with sharp unbumped edges and corners. Inside the contents are unmarked, although the text block is very lightly toned, as is customary with these UK editions printed on cheap, acidic paper. Inscribed by Simmons on the title page. "To Herb - The book that brought us together… Best. Dan". The inscription is a significant one as it shows that this copy was given to Herb Yellin, the founder of Lord John Press. Yellin and Simmons had a lengthy and fruitful business relationship, with Lord John Press publishing several of Simmon's limited and lettered editions, which are eagerly sought after today. The dust jacket is unclipped (£13.95), with almost no discernible wear. It is now protected in a removable archival-quality cover. Please see the associated images.
