8vo, paper covers, 208pp. Sold with Deatrick's "The Human Mind and its Physical Basis" (advance sheets) (undated, 80pp.). I believe that the latter constitutes proof sheets for "The Physical Basis of Mind" and so is offered with it. "The Physical Basis of Mind" is inscribed at the front by Deatrick "Preserve this copy with care. It is the only duplicate I have. WWD". A printed photographic postcard of Mr. Deatrick is laid in and inscribed "grandpa Deatrick". Mild wear to both fragile paper bindings but otherwise clean and fairly solid. A note at the front of "The Physical Basis of Mind" indicates that it lacks pp.145-176 and it was bound without that section. I would not be surprised if only a handful of copies were ever printed.
