Book has no creased page corners from prior reading, no hard vertical spine creasing, slight wear to spine tips and to left/right on spine, no foxing to pages or outer page edges, slight dust soiling to outer page edges which are still white (no age darkening), no hinge splits, no cover creases, typical color rubbing to covers, no former owner's markings or used bookstore stamps inside, hint of edge wear, no cover tears, no soiling or staining to covers. Overall a VG/VG+ book of a very rare Dean Koontz printing book and signed by Koontz.
