Published: 1965. 1st Edition / 1st Impression. Inscribed and signed by author. DESCRIPTION: Blue and green illustrated DJ over blue cloth. Map endpapers. Language: English. Book Condition: Good: Light wear to corners, edges and pushed spine ends. Clean cloth. Tightly bound with minor faint spotting to intact endpapers and strong hinges. Heavy foxing to text block edges with spotting spilling on to page margins. DJ Condition: Fair: Heavy wear, chipping and creasing to upper and lower edges. Minor losses and surface loss to spine end s and corners. 4cm tear to upper front spine edge. Tape repair to rear corners to verso. Pages 200. Size: 21.5cm by 14cm.
