Three (3) volumes in sewn wraps. Published in 1982, 1983 and 1985. The first two volumes signed on first blank by King. Limited Edition of 200 copies only sent by King at Christmas to friends. The first two volumes 'Designer's Proof" copies. The third volume "printer's proof". Overrun numbers unknown but probably less than 20. Fine copies in acetate sleeves. Rare set for King collectors.
