London. The Dickens Press. 1963. No later dates shown. Soft Covers. Light green textured covers with a very light to the front; no other wear. Dark green titles to the spine. The author has inscribed the flyleaf to John Williams dated 1967. Series of essays by Neville Cardus which first appeared in Playfair Cricket Monthly. eight glossy full page monochrome plates of cricketers shown in the seller images. List of essays also shown. Book is in near fine condition with a sewn binding. The covers will be protected with a new inert archival 100 micron sleeve which is removable. How we value our books
We collate all of our books carefully and describe any defects in our descriptions. All of our photographs are of the actual book and not a stock image. We do not sell ex-library or published on demand books.

We have a dedicated team of dispatchers who ensure our books arrive safely. Every book is wrapped in tissue paper and bubble wrap and other packing material, either a heavy duty mailer if book is small and light or a book box if heavy or large format.
