A very good copy of the stated first hard cover edition, lacking the dust-jacket, signed by George C. Carrinton, Jr. atop the front free endpaper. This was George Carrinton's copy, and bears, on about one-half dozen pages, marginal annotations/corrections to the text. Else, the text is unmarked and the binding bright and fresh in appearance. A lovely copy.
