Written by Canadian author, James Powell, who is best known for his mystery novels and short stories, writing more than one-hundred-and-thirty during his life. This particular collection features mysterious goings-on surrounding the Ganelon family, as they endeavor to protect the principality of San Sebastiano from the control of Ludwig Wong and his nefarious descendants. With adventures featuring Ambrose Ganelon I, Ambrose Ganelon II, Ambrose Ganelon III and Ambrose Ganelon IV.This limited edition was published with a separate pamphlet entitled 'The Caravan of Wonders Lady', published in 2009, comprised of a short story featuring Ambrose Ganelon. This is the first separate edition of the work, being first published in Ellery Queen Mystery Magazine in 2005. Bound in the publisher's original cloth, with the original, unclipped dust wrapper. Externally, excellent, with minor light marking and a little shelf wear. Dust wrapper is fine. Internally, firmly bound with bright, clean pages.
