34 pages. First edition, first printing. His first book, published fifteen prior to his classic novel, Lord of the Flies. Third in the Macmillan Contemporary Poets series. He hated the book & tried to distance himself from it. Enclosed is a copy of a letter written in 1979 by Golding to a person who had sent him a copy of this book to be signed. Near fine book in wrappers with a trace of tanning to the edges and a tiny bit of foxing to the title page. A beautiful copy! Seller Inventory # 963777264257
