INSCRIBED by the author "To Sally and Maury, for 'livableness' with love, Rafael Steinberg" on the front flyleaf. Minor wear overall, front flap creased. Cloth. That this book, which attempts to convey the thoughts of Hiroshima survivors, sat on Maurice Fox's shelf isn't surprising. Molecular Biologist Maurice Foox was a colleague and friend of Leo Szilard, founder of the Council for a Livable World.
