This is the signed limited first edition with all 23 author signatures on its four bound-in signature pages . but there is no number written in the "This is copy ____" on its first signature page. If you purchase this book, feel free to leave it blank (as I have) . or write in any lucky number you wish. And speaking of signatures, I had the opportunity for author Ken MacLeod -- who was not included in the publisher's signature pages for some reason -- to sign the title page of his story (with no personalization or inscription), so this copy has 24 author signatures. This book and its dust jacket are in fine condition. The book's binding is sound and square with no spine crease. Its picture board hardcovers are bright, unmarked, and unworn. Its dust jacket, now protected by a removable mylar cover, is whole, bright, unmarked, and unworn. I will ship this book with its slipcase in a moisture proof zip-loc bag, padded in bubble wrap, inside a sturdy box to assure it reaches its proud new owner in the same condition as my description.…

Shipping terms
- Items will be carefully packaged to assure they arrive as described.
- All shipments will be via US Postal Service unless requested otherwise. Standard shipping within the USA will be via USPS Media Mail. Priority shipping within the USA will be via USPS First Class Mail.
- My current Standard shipping rate within the USA is US$4.00 for the first book, and US$2.00 for additional books in the same order.
- There are two situations where I will refund to the buyer a portion of the postage charged by ABEBOOKS: (1) Separate orders placed on the same date for shipment to the same address will be shipped together, so I will refund half of the postage paid for the first book in each such second and subsequent order. And (2) Books described as "paperbacks" in my descriptions weigh less than other books, so I will refund US$1.00 of the paid shipping fee for the 2nd and subsequent paperbacks in the same order shipping to the same address.
