Nice signed inscription by author on title page.Pages are unmarked, reasonably used, slightly age tanned. Title page is discolored. Cover is discolored with old clear tape on spine area. Binding is strong. Map in rear is excellent, as is laid in map from Snow View Hotel, where the previous owners of the book apparently stayed in 1964. Approximately 5" X 7". 107 pages.
