First Edition. SIGNED BY JOSEP TRUETA, dated Oxford, April 1943 (see photo). There are also two clippings of obituaries of Trueta. Above Trueta's inscription is the name of "Frances M. Mathewson/ Wingfield 1943" (see photo).
