Inscribed in top margin of the first page, "Dr. M. W. [i.e., the transposed initials of William Morton] Wheeler with the especial regard of the author." Deaccessioned from a Harvard University library, which bound this reprint in a gray pamphlet binder; originally the gift of William Morton Wheeler, who pencilled vertical lines in 4 margins; the author, with the same fountain pen as used for the presentation inscription, made a correction on the second page (changing "Pygidiidae" to "Pygidiinae" on the 6th line from the bottom; otherwise text clean. Paginated 59-66, with 2 in-text illustrations. Interesting provenance. [br 35].
