Includes "Los Californianos: A Compendium," an alphabetical list of Ranch terms and concerns drawn from literary and historical sources. A lovely marriage of history and art. Orders usually ship within 3 business days. Shipping costs are based on books weighing 2.2 LB, or 1 KG. Domestic media mail postage for most hardcover books: $6.50 first book,$2.00/book after. Priority Mail is calculated at $18.50, and is for the Medium Flat rate box, we will adjust cost for small books that fit into the flat rate envelope to $10.50. All domestic items will be sent with Delivery Confirmation, more expensive items will be sent with Signature Confirmation also. International mail, Priority mail, insurance or oversize books may have additional charge.
