Signed first ediiton with a signed bookplate and map. Book has very mild rubbing to edges of spine; dust jacket has mild rubbing to cover, a small spot of sticker residue to front cover (dime sized), mild rubbing to corners of cover, a small sticker to back cover (1" x 3/4"), and a tiny tear to top corner to back cover (at insert hinge).otherwise book is in very good condition with a bright ocver, clean pages, a solid binding, and now mylar laminated.
