Demy 8vo. 5.75 x 8.5 in. [viii], 93, [2], [1 blank] pp. Original burgundy cloth, titled in gilt on spine with vignette in blind to upper cover; in blue dust jacket printed in red. Title page illustrated with reproduction of wood engraving by Leonard Baskin. Composed & printed by the Stinehour Press. Inscribed by poet ROBERT HILLYER on front flyleaf in 1959. Very near fine in very good, unclipped jacket. A touch of shelfwear to covers; spine panel of jacket heavily sunned, with some offsetting to the rest of the jacket, small closed tear at foot of spine panel. University president William Samuel Carlson's copy, with his attractive bookplate to front pastedown.
