All corners are square and the volume is absolutely clean, tight and crisp. It was published by the Franklin library in 1987. It is bound in Full leather with raised hubs on the spine and ornate gilt decoration on the spine and boards. All edges are gilt and the book has a bound-in satin bookmark and a fine Joyce Carol Oates Signature. It also contains a special introduction to the First Edition written by Ms. Oates that is found in no other edition of this title. We are pleased to send pictures on request.
