First Printing. The author's well-received first novel. Gilt titles to black label at spine, patterned/decorated boards The book is in VG shape, fore-edge and top-edge slightly age-toned, binding square and tight. The dustjacket is unclipped with minor loss at the corners, some nicks at the edges and a small tear at the crown but is not faded and looks quite bright. Off-setting to the inside of the dustjacket from the patterned boards. Inscribed at the title page to the original owner (by name) and uncommon thus. Seller Inventory # 1901201052
