About this Item
First Edition (NAP). Signed and dated (1983) on the title page by poet and subject of the biography, Richard Eberhart. Eight pages of photographs. Very solidly bound book, no issues in that regard. Covers are in excellent shape, very clean, very good corners and spine ends. The only marks are a tiny red spot at the top of the spine and a tinier dark line an inch below that, quite minor (see photo). On the inside front cover and a corresponding area on its facing front end paper there's a little discoloration. Also, if you hold the book close you can vaguely see some erased numbers at the top of the endpaper. After that it's clear sailing. All the way to and including the back end papers. No marks, no soiling, no writing/underlining, no tears, no dogeared corners. The Dust Jacket has a few issues. They are: 2 tiny tears, a fair amount of scuffing (see photos), a clipped bottom front flap where the price must have been, some darkening spots on the rear cover, and light toning at the top edge of the rear flap. The jacket will be fitted with a protective cover. A biography by Joel Roache of Pulitzer Prize and National Book award winning poet Richard Eberhart. Seller Inventory # 000149
