Hardcover. Condition: Near Fine. Dust Jacket Condition: Fair. Dark green cloth with gilt lettering on the spine. Top of text block is colored green. The side and bottom of the text block are clean except for three or so specks of green at the top corner of the text block. Corners are sharp. End papers are clean. Nice copy.
