Dustwrapper. Original green cloth 4to, pp.192, 31 plates by Frank Greenwood. Deckle edges. Dustwrapper ragged and in two pieces, with most of spine missing - remainder is browned, rather worn and spli at edges with losses in places. Cloth below nice and clean, sound. Contents somewhat blotchily foxed in places, mostly endpapers. Endpaper hinges both split open, shaky but remaining reasonably tight. Text is tight, no loose pages. Author and illustrator have both signed the book on the half title. Heavy book weighing c 1300g when packed, and thus extra postage at cost will be requested to cover shortfall with default postage quotation for 1000g. Size: 4to - over 9¾" - 12" tall.
