Paperback covers good, traces of old folding, Contents Very good, clean & tight, only inscription is Authors " Compliments & Best Wishes" and signed by Dalzil, on contents page. Booklet contains the history & lots of facts , figures & names, also one name added in ink to 1963-64 team that looks like by the author, as so similar to inscription front. No publication date details, possibly privately published late 1963 by the Author. 14 x 22cm Approx. Seller Inventory # 001163
