Stated First Edition. Fine copy inscribed and signed by Will and dated 1962. Priced ($3.25) jacket has tiny scuff along flap fold. Red, the boy, does not take kindly to the fact that the girl, Russet, tries to advise him on the size of the house he should build for himself and for Red, the cat.
