An elaborate limited edition, oversized approximately 18 1/2 x 18 1/2 inches. Consists of 5 (of 6) full color silkscreen plates, printed introduction leaf, title page, and colophon page signed by both the writer and artist, housed together in white plastic case. The 1st of the 6 poems/silkscreened leaves is not present. This copy a Proof, as noted, aside from the regular edition of 200. All plates and leaves in fine condition, the plastic case with some soiling and chipping to edges. Uncommon.
