A fascinating 1-page typed letter on official Ironbridge Gorge Museum Trust Limited letterhead, sent directly to Moulder at his Kidderminster studio by the Trust's Honorary Secretary, E. Thomas. Written just one year after the Trust's 1967 formation, the letter captures a historic moment for industrial archaeology. The secretary candidly notes that the museum project is in a "very early stage of development" and can "hardly be described as a going concern." It details enclosures meant to assist Moulder's research, providing a direct primary link between the author and the birth of what would become a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

A rare, un-posted publisher's marketing slip and order form. The reverse features a prominent ink-stamped price correction (£2.95 net over a blocked-out £2.25 net), offering a neat bibliographical record of late-stage pricing updates by Faber right at the moment of launch.
