This is a UK first edition hardcover published by New English Library in 1979 AND SIGNED, INSCRIBED & DATED BY STEPHEN KING IN THE YEAR OF PUBLICATION. The jacket is more or less Fine and unclipped - it states �6.95 in UK only. It is bright and unfaded with the silver lettering on the front cover and spine complete. There is one minute closed tear to the top of the jacket at the front, about one cm from the top of the spine. The corner tips at the top front and back are also rubbed, but does not detract from the jacket's appeal. The book is Near Fine with straight spine, sharp corners and firm spine ends. The gilt lettering on the spine is complete and undamaged and there is no loosening at the crown. There is toning to the top page edges - please look carefully at the photos. The copyright page confirms the UK first edition state. I will consider reasonable offers, but they need to be sensible or I'll just ignore you. If you're looking at this then you know the scarcity of the signature in the year of publication and the condition of the book. Seller Inventory # 019296
