Harry Alonzo Longabaugh, moved west from Pennsylvania and eventually met up with the McCarty brothers, Butch Cassidy, and Matt Warner. The friendships that developed among Harry and his friends created more excitement than he ever could have imagined. When bad weather caused him to lose his job as a cowboy, he took another man's horse and saddle and headed south to find work. He was caught in Sundance, Wyoming and put in jail. Afterwards was the beginning of the Sundance Kid, the outlaw. He teamed up with Butch Cassidy and the Hole in the Wall Gang to become one of the West's most enduring mysteries and legends known as Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid.
