Square 16mo. Dark green cloth. 64pp. One of 26 hardback, numbered and signed copies, containing an additional handwritten phrase by the author. (There were also 26 hardback, lettered copies with an additional handwritten text, and fifteen Roman-numbered copies hors commerce.) Fine despite a trivial spot to the head edge, the jacket slightly marked but generally crisp.
