Some very small marks on the front cover otherwise in excellent condition. This copy has a handwritten dedication to the builders of the cathedral by the then archbishop, Francis J. Spellman. It marks the occasion of the consecration of the High Altar in May 9th, 1942 and the silver jubilee of the episcopal consecration of Pope Pius X11, a pope of some historic interest. Spellman's sermon introduces this guide. Size: 8vo - over 7�" - 9�" tall.
