This stated first edition has boards bound in dark blue paper with straight edges and pointed corners. Spine is uncreased with straight edges and yellow titling. Text block is square. Binding is firm. 386p. You can find Skal's signature ink black ink on title. Interior otherwise is unmarked with crisp white pages including b/w photos through out. Dust Jacket is unclipped with softly creased edges and pointed corners. 'Autographed' sticker present of front cover. Trivial markings on lower front edge. Remains a great collectible copy.
