This Is A Signed First Edition Copy Of Sea Legs Signed Twice By The Author, Alfred F. Loomis, And By Linton Riggs, To Whom It Is Dedicated. It Appears The Book Was First Given To Riggs By Loomis In 1927, Then Given To "Fraser" (First Name Unreadable), And Then Return To Riggs By Loomis In 1941. Loomis' First Inscription Reads, "Gratefully Inscribed To Linton, Who Has Had Much More To Do With The (?) Of Sea Legs Than Appears On The Surface. Alfred F. Loomis. N.Y., 11/17/27". The Pages Are Unmarked Throughout, Though Slight Foxing And Some Discolouration Is Evident On The Page Edges. The Boards Show Some Wear, The Spine Being Sun Damaged And The Black Board Having Some Faint Black Ink Marks On The Back Board. Photos Available Upon Request.
