A beautiful set, both volumes bound in black paper boards with gorgeous silver gilt details to the spine and solid gilt to the text block. Black ribbon bookmark. Decorative endpapers. The cloth slipcase features beautifully designed silver gilt artwork. Both books are in fine condition and the rather fragile jackets are now housed in new archival mylar. The slipcase is in at least VG or better condition with some dings and scuffs but otherwise presents very well.

The Pulitzer Prize winning author?s first two novels. She would win for her third novel, The Goldfinch in 2013. A fantastic numbered set and includes not one but two signatures from the author!
