Unpaginated (30 leaves). Printed in an edition limited to 65 numbered and signed copies, of which this is one of 50 copies available for sale. Fine in fine clamshell box. These seven autobiographical poems by the author of "How the Garcia Girls Lost Their Accents," are all built around images and memories of trees. Each poem is preceded with a title page and followed by a lithographic illustration by Sara Eichner. The seven poems are arranged in chronological order with the first poem building on the author's family tree. Set in Perpetua type and printed on handmade papers of Czech descent (Velke Losiny mill)by Michael Russem. The seven lithographs were drawn with tusche washes and printed on handmade Japanese papers from one imposing stone by Herb Fox.
