We genuinely want each of our customers to be delighted with the book or books they have purchased from us. We describe books as carefully as we can but we are human and occasionally make mistakes or miss things.
We offer a no quibble refund within 28 days of receipt provided that the book is returned in the same condition as when it was received. Payment by PayPal or bank card through AbeBooks are preferred, but we also accept Cheques and Postal Orders from our UK based customers.
Shipping Terms:
Orders usually ship within 2 business days. Shipping costs are as stated, we will not charge more than the price shown (no matter how heavy the book).
All shipments to UK addresses are sent via an appropriate Royal Mail service, which includes full tracking, appropriate insurance and will require a signature on delivery.
All international sales are shipped by Royal Mail - Airmail service. Due to the extended timescales we do not ship anything by surface mail. International 'Standard' rate shipping does not include any tracking information. ** International 'Expedited' rate shipping** is not guaranteed to be any faster than 'Standard' rate, but does include international tracking and adequate insurance.
We offer a 28 day return guarantee, with full refund including original shipping costs for up to 28 days after delivery if an item arrives and is not as described or in the unlikely event that it has been damaged in transit.
