Presentation copy, signed ('Sara') and inscribed by Vogan in blue ink on dedication page, May 23, 1986; additional signature (in full) in dark blue ink on title page. Slight soiling, rubbing and minor nicks to jacket; slight internal browning to edges and endpapers.
