Source book for the landmark Jerome Kern and Oscar Hammerstein musical of the same title. This copy is one of a signed and numbered First Edition limited to 201 copies. Signed by Edna Ferber on the limitation page and numbered 35 of 201. 398 pages. No slipcase. Has tanning on the spine and a 1" thin surface crack at the fore edge of the spine at bottom. Has edge wear including a bump on the top fore edge corner of the back cover.
