Signed and dated by Major General William J. Snow, Jan. 1942. On front free end paper. Chief of Field Artillery of the United States Army From 1918-1927. Several old newspaper article inserted one glued along top to rear end paper, along with some ephemera. Dust jacket has some light wear. Red cloth covered boards with gilt text still bright and clean. End papers darkened.
