There were a total of 450 copies printed, 300 in wraps & 150 in cloth hardcover, both printed 1969 by Black Sparrow Press. This is one of the 300 copies in decorated sewn wraps. Cover illustration by Larry Rivers. A single poem which first appeared in "Poetry" (Chicago) magazine. From colophon page: "Designed and printed by Saul and Lillian Marks at the Plantin Press, Los Angeles in February 1969 for the Black Sparrow Press". Title page printed in black & brown.
