About this Item
One of a number of items signed by the Sitwells. Presentation copy " For my dear Mr & Mrs Hollingworth with best wishes from Edith Sitwell". The Hollingworth family were agents for the Renishaw estate for more than 100 years. The book has minimal wear, but the boards are slightly mottled. Sunning to tips of spine and midway down spine where a piece of the dj is missing. A few foxing spots to the half-title page and verso. Dj has small loss at head of spine and a 1 cm piece missing mid-spine running into the back board for 3.5 cms. Tear to piece on back board at top. Wear to top corners. In protective wrapper.
