Limited Editions Club, 1997. First edition. Fine/near fine. Truly fine copy in a near fine slipcase (trivial shelfwear). Prospectus (also fine) laid in. Translated by Stephen Mitchell and illustrated with two multi-colored woodcuts by Balthus; the book is also signed by Balthus. Bound in beige cloth with a beige leather spine, the book is laid into a suede-lined beige clamshell box. This is a gorgeous book.
