Cream cloth spine, blue paper over boards, gilt titles, 5 1/4 x 7 3/4 inches, bottom right corner tips of binding with slight loss of paper. Top page edge gilt, rest deckled, 50 clean pp. Typewritten note tipped in: "Five hundred copies of this book were printed, of which two hundred and fifty were bound. The unbound sheets were later destroyed. J. S. M." John S. Mayfield's signature and date (1939) in ink on the rear pastedown. Seller Inventory # 5698
