WARMLY INSCRIBED BY AUTHOR JOHN BORREGO on the title page. A sharp, clean copy to boot of this uncommon 1966 original printing, here published for the first time as a "Master of Architecture Thesis" within the Department of Architecture at the School of Architecture and Planning at MIT. Essentially the prototype for the 1968 1st trade edition. Clean and Near Fine in its pictorial wrappers, with very light creasing along the spine. Square octavo, 166 plates throughout.
