Dust-jacket is thin paper and has survived remarkably well with a 3cm vertical split at the mid-point of the tail of the spine band. Tape burn stripes are evident from an earlier overwrap; now in a new Brodart wrap. Adhesion to the binding tongue has caused a complimentary hole to the front end-paper which does not interfere with the text thereon. Signed and dated by the author on the title page. Pages xxi + 293 including an appendix with an unpaginated glossary following. All indexed plates are present. Paperblock is cocked but tightly bound. ALL ORDERS DESPATCHED WITH A TRACKING NUMBER.
